Bijective Map

An example could be
$X=\{0,L\}\simeq \{\text{Person},\text{House}\}$
Where $0$ would map to $\text{Person}$ and $L$ would map to $\text{House}$.

Another example could be
$\{1,\dots ,5\}\stackrel{f^{\text{ Bijective}}}{\to }X$
